When do I need to make a reservation by?

Please call to make a reservation at least one business day in advance for temporary care and at least two business days in advance for babysitter dispatch.

By when do I need to cancel?

We accept cancellations up to one day in advance.
Same-day cancellations will be charged for 3 hours for babysitters and 2 hours for childcare facilities.
*Transportation fees for babysitters will also be charged.
Cancellations must be made within the office hours of 9:00a.m.-17:00p.m. on weekdays.
If you cancel after office hours even one day before your reservation, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
If you cancel on the day of your reservation without notifying us, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation time.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations made after office hours (answering machine, etc.).

Can I pick a babysitter?

Generally, we do not accept sitter namings, but there are times when a sitter of your choice may be available to visit. Please let us know the name of your preferred sitter when you make your reservation.

Do I have to continue to use the monthly subscription or infant classes?

Normally, you only need to sign up for the month you wish to use the service. You will need to submit your schedule by the 25th of the previous month.

Can I carry over my remaining monthly hours to the next month?

No, the remaining time of the monthly contract cannot be carried over to the next month. If you have any questions about the number of hours when you apply for a monthly subscription, please feel free to contact us.
